NCG and all its constituent colleges are committed to ensuring that our students, our staff and all of our stakeholders study and work in environments that embed the principles and practices of equality, diversity and inclusion.

Threaded throughout all that we do is our commitment to Equality, Diversity, Inclusion and Belonging (EDIB).

This means equality of opportunity to all of our learner, student, apprentice and colleague communities; an understanding of the rich experience we all gain from a diverse learner body and similar diversity in our staff base; and a culture that is inclusive – welcoming people from all backgrounds and life experiences, respectful of the differences they bring to our communities, and acknowledging that we have much to learn from being both inclusive and diverse.
