NCG is proud to announce that it has been recognised as a Hive Employee Voice Certified organisation, for its ongoing commitment to continually improving colleague experience.
Hive Employee Voice Certification recognises employers that want to make every day at work the best it can be for their people. Factors such as employee experience, wellbeing, engagement and empowerment are taken into account.
NCG has been working with Hive HR for almost three years now to conduct annual colleague surveys, analyse and review colleague feedback, and then implement meaningful changes. Through the partnership, NCG also sends regular “pulse” surveys on specific topics to find out what matters most to colleagues.
