James has been appointed as Interim Principal of Newcastle Sixth Form College for a 12-month period.  

About James

James joined NCG in 2014 as an Aviation lecturer at Newcastle College. He later became part of the Teaching, Learning and Assessment team before moving into curriculum management, leading both the Rail and Civil Engineering Academy and the Automotive Academy. He then spent three years as Director of Health, Science and Welfare before becoming Assistant Principal in 2023.

He was appointed Interim Principal of Newcastle Sixth Form College in 2026.
